WHAT DO YOU DO?

Lights in the corridor/car park/grounds not working

Phone Cuala Property Management and indicate which lights are out (outside what unit number, on what floor - if you are in an apartment etc.)

Locks to the main doors into the blocks are broken or not engaging

Phone Cuala Property Management and explain what is happening when you close the door. We will arrange for a locksmith to call to site immediately

Pedestrian gate or main gate not working

Phone Cuala Property Management and give details of the problem

Fire alarm has been activated

Check the panel and see what the message on it indicates. Phone the Fire Alarm Company - details will be on the fire alarm panel or phone Cuala Property Management

Smoke or evidence of a fire in the building or the car park

Ring the fire brigade immediately, sound the fire alarm and leave the building

Water in the corridor, stairwell or car park

Try to establish where the water is coming from and phone Cuala Property Management providing them with these details

A problem with the cleaning, landscaping, refuse or other service

Phone Cuala Property Management and advise them of the problem

Intruder in the car park, common areas in the building

Phone the Gardai and advise them of the situation
