Locks to the main doors into the blocks are broken or not engaging |
Phone Cuala Property Management and explain what is happening when you close the door. We will arrange for a locksmith to call to site immediately |
Pedestrian gate or main gate not working |
Phone Cuala Property Management and give details of the problem |
Fire alarm has been activated |
Check the panel and see what the message on it indicates. Phone the Fire Alarm Company - details will be on the fire alarm panel or phone Cuala Property Management |
Smoke or evidence of a fire in the building or the car park |
Ring the fire brigade immediately, sound the fire alarm and leave the building |
Water in the corridor, stairwell or car park |
Try to establish where the water is coming from and phone Cuala Property Management providing them with these details |
A problem with the cleaning, landscaping, refuse or other service |
Phone Cuala Property Management and advise them of the problem |
Intruder in the car park, common areas in the building |
Phone the Gardai and advise them of the situation |
