• Weekly site visits to the development to check all common areas
  • Completion of site visit checklist and issue of same to Board of Directors' appointee
  • Co-ordination of repairs work as required. Board of Directors will be consulted on any capital expenditure items which are not included in the budget
  • Providing specifications for contractors on capital works, ensuring insurance compliance of contractors, Heath and Safety best practice and co-ordination of works
  • Scheduling, on an annual basis, all routine maintenance and repair works such as lift maintenance, fire alarm and emergency lighting, pump maintenance, water filtration etc.
  • Sign off on maintenance and repair work carried out by contractors
