Attending to the day to day management of the common areas of the development in accordance with the terms set out in the Lessor’s Covenants as per the Indenture Lease



  • Dealing with individual owners and tenants regarding queries/problems relating to the Common Areas and following up with them on same
  • Regular reporting to the Board of Directors on matters arising with owners/tenants
  • Regular communication with the members/tenants via Newsletter or Notices on matters relating to Security, Fire Alarm Service, Window Cleaning, Painting etc


  • Sourcing competitive quotes for annual block policy insurance, lift engineering insurance and Directors and Officers Liability insurance
  • Dealing with all insurance claims
  • Issuing letters of indemnity to owners
  • Dealing with all matters arising from Risk Assessment Inspections and ensuring the development is compliant with all insurance requirements
