Cuala Property Management has been providing management services to multi-unit developments for over 12 years. Bernie Eustace is the Managing Director and owner of the company. Bernie, together with her staff, provides a professional, independent service dedicated to ensuring that the needs of the client are met 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT CUALA?

  • We provide a quality service tailored to your requirements, staff who know your development, consistency in the personnel dealing with you, transparency in everything we do and you, the owners, are the driving force.
  • We don't have preferred suppliers - we will work with you on the specifications of the jobs and source the quotes but you decide on who gets the contract.
  • We are not affiliated to any service providers i.e contract cleaners, landscapers, refuse removers, accountants etc. Flexibility in approach and contract selection is the key to ensuring that what best suits you is what we provide.
  • We don't take commission from appointed contractors, there is no hidden cost for the privilege of winning the contract
